1. According to your model list we can prepare and dismantle chosen vehicles with our experienced professional staff for either 20ft or 40 ft container load. In addition to dismantling we will also load the used parts into container and arrange the shipment so you don't have to worry about making any of the arrangements. Numbers of the cars that we can load into the container will vary depending on the way you dismantle the car.

2. You can send your team (usually 2 persons) to our equipped for dismantling yard so they could inspect, help to dismantle when necessary the cars on their own and assure the quality level you are satisfied with. We can assist your staff with necessary VISA support and will provide place to live during their stay. Please let our sales manager know if you have any questions about the above-mentioned way of ordering parts.

If you would like to receive our pricing please send an email to our sales manager at info@japan-partner.com with the details regarding the maker, model and production year of the models you are interested to but parts for. Please note that you should have enough cars/models for either 20ft or 40ft containers. The minimum quantity would be 4 dismantled cars for 20ft container and 10 dismantled cars + other parts for 40ft container. On average we load 8-10 dismantled cars into 20 foot container and 15-20 cars into 40 foot container. Number of cars that can be loaded varies greatly depending on the way you prefer do dismantle your cars. Our managers will provide you with the qualified advice regarding the way to use the container space the most effectively

We can also assist you with finding new and used auto parts if you need them for the damaged cars you decide to buy from us. 3. COST ( win bid price will be converted from yen into US dollar regarding to current rate on the day payment is received )

Above FOB price refers to TYPE A dismantling ( for details read below ) JP can also provide EXTRA type dismantling TYPE B,C (for details read below)

STORAGE & CONTAINER LOADING FEE INCLUDED

1. All parts both from dismantled cars and yahoo purchases will be stored for you until date of loading
2. Loading is done within two days on our yard, parts are loaded regarding your guidelines, parts list is prepared to record loaded parts.

SHIPPING & DOCUMENTS FEE INCLUDED

1. Custom clearance of the container takes place on our yard
2. Container is taken to port after loading and custom clearance is finished.

3. Japan Partner takes care of your shipment on your behalf, we prepare for you following documents

   a) packing list

   b) commercial invoice

   c) bill of lading

4. Container is shipped , customer is informed of shipping schedule

   Average delivery (shipment time ) 45-55 days

5. Shipping documents are posted to customer using RECORDED DELIVER EXPRESS MAIL
6. You can collect your container
